Welcome to Overseas Holiday Tours India. By accessing, browsing, or using our website (www.overseasholidaytours.com) and/or availing of our services—including domestic and international tour packages, transportation, and hotel bookings—you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your interaction with our website and travel services.

1.Quotation & Booking Policy

All quotations provided by Overseas Holiday Tours India are tentative and do not confirm reservations unless explicitly stated.
Trip costs include only the services listed under the “Inclusions” section of your itinerary.
Any personal expenses, extra meals, or optional activities not mentioned under “Inclusions” are not covered by the package price.
Hotel availability and prices are subject to change until the client confirms and completes the booking.
Travel dates, once changed, may affect pricing and availability, and a new quotation will be issued.

2.Standard Hotel Policy

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs onwards, and check-out is at 12:00 hrs, unless mentioned otherwise in your itinerary.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3.Conduct, Safety & Legal Compliance

The use of narcotics, banned substances, weapons, fireworks, or toxic materials during any of our trips or tours is strictly prohibited.
Guests found violating any local laws or creating a disturbance may be evicted from the trip or campsite without any refund.
We reserve the right to deny access or service to any individual behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, or public property.
Valid government-issued photo ID must be carried at all times during travel and check-in.

4.Campground & Accommodation Rules

Guests are only permitted inside campsites if they are registered with Overseas Holiday Tours India.
Bringing outside guests is only allowed if pre-approved by the management.
Any loss or damage to campsite property (including tents, mattresses, or other gear) will be charged as per the full product MRP.
Availability of hot water and other campsite amenities is not guaranteed at all times due to location-specific limitations.
The company accepts no liability for injuries, theft, or property loss during the stay or journey.

5.Transport Delays & Conditions

In case of vehicle breakdowns or unforeseen delays, guests will have to wait until repairs are completed.
No alternative vehicle or backup will be provided in such situations.
We are not responsible for missed sightseeing or activity cancellations due to traffic, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or political disturbances.

6.Trip Changes & Itinerary Adjustments

The trip organizer/coordinator reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary in real time due to unexpected conditions (e.g., weather, safety, local closures).
Activities may be dropped if arrival at the destination is delayed due to external circumstances beyond our control.

7.Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings and payments are non-refundable unless specified under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to conditions related to supplier terms, currency fluctuations, and refund timelines, as outlined in the cancellation policy.

8.Website Usage & Content Disclaimer

All content—including images, text, and graphics—on this website is for informational and travel inspiration purposes only.
While we strive to keep content accurate and current, information such as ticket prices, availability, and local regulations may change without prior notice.
Images used on the website are representational and may not always reflect the actual experience.

9.Limitation of Liability

Overseas Holiday Tours India shall not be liable for:

Any injury, loss, or damage sustained by travelers due to external circumstances.
Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels).
Missed activities due to delayed arrivals, passport issues, or personal negligence.
Any adverse effects due to natural disasters, pandemics, political disturbances, or force majeure events.
